"Family friend treated with good quality care"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

(as a friend),

My friend was admitted to Ward 110 Ari, Ward 504 Ari and Ward 503 with several health problems unfortunately he passed away while in hospital but he was treated with good standard of care in each Ward he was in.

All the nurses cheerful and friendly, only criticism is more staff are needed in the hospital

I am so sorry to read you have lost a friend. I really appreciate you posting this feedback at what must be such a sad time for you.

All the staff will be pleased to hear that you felt he received a good standard of care with cheerful and friendly nurses. Everyone tries so hard to deliver the best of care in what can be very busy wards. I will share your positive feedback with the teams as soon as I post this reply to you.

Thank you again for taking the time to post and give us feedback. I really appreciate it and know the teams will too.

I hope you are adjusting and coping with life after losing your friend. My thoughts are with you.
