"Day surgery and urology department"

Staff in day surgery were caring and helpful and staff who performed day procedure cystoscopy we're very aware of treating patients with respect and dignity. I was put at ease by nursing staff. The registrar explained what was to happen following the procedure. The consultant urologist listened, answered questions and was open to discussion. He was excellent. Thanks to all in the department for a fantastic service.
