"The care I received from everyone was exceptional"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted early morning for a general anaesthetic and minor procedure.

Was obviously anxious and worried.

However I was soon put at ease by a lovely nurse Vicki, and from then the process was very quick and well organised. I was promptly seen by all relevant staff, who all introduced themselves and took time to explain the procedure, risks and allow me to ask questions.

I must say the care I received from everyone was exceptional, in theatre and recovery and then back to day surgery and Nurse Melissa.

Dear Mulberry,

Thank you for taking the time to post your lovely comments.It can be a very anxious time having a procedure but I am delighted to hear that the staff were able to alleviate your anxieties which helped you throughout your stay with us. I will share your comments with he staff both in day surgery and theatres as they will be pleased to know that your experience was such a positive one.
