About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology University Hospital Ayr / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I have attended three outpatient departments in Crosshouse during the last three years and one in Ayr Hospital

Dr Sokalova's gynaecology clinic in 2014 which I remember as a pleasant experience.

Staff were friendly and professional.

The Opthamology clinic on three occasions which is always very busy but seems well organised by caring staff.

Opthamology clinic in Ayr Hospital is even busier and my experience was a very long wait but the clinical treatment was good eventually.

Recently Dr Agur's gynaecology clinic where I found staff friendly and helpful. Dr Agur and the nurses were patient and informative giving the clinic a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
