I can't get through to the complaints phone in Northampton, no one picks up ever.

Thank you for your feedback. I am aware having spoken to people on the ward that this was actually an issue with the ward payphone, and not the complaints line. When I was on the ward yesterday IT attended to mend the payphone, so hopefully this issue is now resolved.


If there are any other issues, please speak to nursing staff, or let me know when you see me on the ward.
