"Doors left open"

I reported a door left open on Level 2, Junction2. This door leads on to a staff car park at the rear of the hospital - it is marked to be reported if left open and says 'must be shut at all times'. I reported it to reception and was told it was already being dealt with.

After going to Costa Coffee I walked back to check and found the door still open. I reported it to reception and was told it would be reported again.

Whether it was closed after that I don't know. Not security conscious at the hospital it seems and items could disappear.
