"Clinic 3 addenbrookes"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Ophthalmology

The whole experience of being checked for glaucoma and going from person to person was for the most part excellent. All were competent and approachable especially the nurse who did the checks for the thickness of the eye and then explained the results of the rest of the tests. Competent and caring. Unfortunately a very different t experience with the doctor I then went to see.

Quite rude at times and extremely cold in their approach.

Not able to,properly discuss options which takes away confidence in the tests they carried out and the results.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is great to hear that nursing staff provided an 'excellent' service but we are very sorry to hear of the concerns you had with your consultation. We would very much like to investigate this further and would kindly ask that you contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on the contact details below and they will be able to assist you.
