"Loughborough Hospital CMHT"

I was initially referred for crisis team support at Glenfield Hospital and found the team to be very good, I had medication reviews and was admitted to a crisis home for five days which I found extremely useful.

Since being referred to my Local Hospital - Loughborough CMHT things went down hill from there. I had an assessment with a mental health nurse and fell asleep towards the end which was a result of the Diazepam that I was on. I then received a phone call from this nurse to say that the doctors classed me as safe so I would therefore have to wait months to see a consultant. I've since been in and out of crisis, have had a telephone consultation with a psychiatrist but still have to wait til July for an appointment. I've spent ££££ on medication that through no fault of my own - I am sensitive to and all I really want is my rightful appointment with a psychiatrist. Absolutely shocking service.
