"Inaccessible primary care services"

About: NHS Leeds South and East CCG

(as the patient),

Twice now I have had to wait one month for a routine GP appointment. The GP surgery don't seem to care and don't respond to posts on NHS Choices. It was bad enough being given an appointment in a month's time but a week later they called me to cancel as the doctor would not now be available for that appointment. This is not an acceptable service. If the GP surgery doesn't care, perhaps the CCG will?

I ask Leeds South and East CCG, when are we going to have an alternative to this medical Practice in this area so we can actually get to see a GP when we need to? This practice are getting paid for having all these patients registered with them and i don't think they are giving them a service.
