I was restrained and put in seclusion. I was treated well and nobody got hurt.

We are actively working on ways to reduce the use of restrictive practices, including the use of physical interventions in incidents, and your view on the use of physical interventions, and the way in which you felt you were treated is really helpful to us.
Look out for information on the ward about restrictive practice, and the implementation of the SafeWards process.
