(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am writing to say how great and caring the Bank staff are and all the staff on Lister. All of the staff work so well and very supporting to me and others on Lister Ward at the Wells Road Centre. The staff are so hard working and very loving, caring and helpful. Everyone of the staff and Bank staff work as a great team together. Thank you to the Bank staff and all the staff that work hard and care for us all.

I am really pleased that you have had a great experience working with our staff, and share my belief in how caring, compassionate and motivated to help improve lives they all are.

I am especially pleased that you have felt well supported by those bank staff who work so hard to support regular colleagues. Bank staff go through a specific WRC induction designed to help them work on our wards, and we try and ensure that bank staff get to know our patients, and understand their care needs well, in order to create the best atmosphere for you to receive care. It’s great to get feedback that this is working well in your experience.
