"The staff were extremely nice and welcoming"

I attended an appointment at the McDonald suite, University Hospital Crosshouse in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire.

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming and put me at ease - couldn't have been nicer. The consultant, Dr Smith, was absolutely brilliant. She was very kind and explained everything to me in a professional and gentle manner.

This was a totally different experience to previous Gyn procedures l have had to endure in the past. My phobia of Gyn examinations has now been eased by this extremely caring and friendly team at the McDonald suite

. I feel less worried and more confident going back there for any future appointments.
