I have tried for 2 days, directly on 01245513900 or via operator on the main hospital line and no-one answers the phone.
The call cuts off after 3+ minutes.
I have an enquiry but if I were trying to cancel or alter an appointment it would be impossible.
I would love to speak to a human being, but they are few and far between, and unfortunately after waiting to be dealt with by an operator, always being somewhere in the queue, they are unaware of any problems with the eye clinic line!
I wonder if the Eye Clinic appointments staff wonder why they don't get any calls!!!!
More importantly why people miss appointments!!!!
