"No one answers the phone in a+e"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

I’ve just waited 29 minutes on the phone for someone to answer my call, no answer! An utter disgrace. My nearly 90 year old husband was taken into a+e Ashford last night from his residential home. I am 80 and utterly distraught, had a call from the residential home just now updating me on his progress. It doesn’t change the fact I couldn’t get an answer from the hospital. You can’t tell me no one could pick up a phone ringing that long. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am really sorry no one answered your call, I can only imagine how concerned you were about your husband.
