About: Tameside General Hospital

(as the patient),

I have been poorly for a while and have never been to the hospital before. I had all the help i needed from the Staff at ward 46 at the Tameside general hospital and I am very grateful.

I do however think that you need more staff on this ward because these nurses have been really rushed off their feet all the time during my visit. You have excellent staff, who in my opinion need looking after and pressure taken off them.

I hope my suggestion helps and the staff get the help they require.

I am very pleased that you found everything at Tameside Hospital to be a positive experience, particularly as this was your first experience of the hospital, and felt that the staff on ward 46 provided all the help you felt you needed during your stay on the ward.

I will let the nurse know of your kind comments and am sure they will be very much appreciated.

Ward 46 is a very busy ward due to the nature of the patients it receives and cares for. The hospital has recently undergone a period of recruitment, recruiting a large number of nursing and care staff and this should show a positive impact on the wards.
