I had been a Patient at Veor in Camborne, for many Years, since all old GPs have left, it was difficult getting in with a Doctor that wouldn't judge you for meds you have been placed on? Or take you off them because of their personal beliefs, (ie

There is the only one left at present, who is at least human, with great compassion for their job, patients, and their families. The Staff seem helpful, but if you dont listen, do as they advice, or querie something they haven't done ( ie, referrals, prescriptions? then you hear the other tone of their voice, which can be quite upsetting or disturbing? They tell you referral/s have been made, to find out 3-6 months later they have not?, and that has happened many times. On average it will take you 2 weeks to be seen for a general problem, and can be days if its important, as you can not get through, then when you do (after doing ringback for 30-60 mins ), you're told they are gone ! Patient access is useless, as never any appointments available to pre-book? Yet they promote this Modern Service? GPs can pick and choose who they see? and often choose their patients? The Practice Manager, has no People/Patient skills, very arrogant, I have had to to show my concerns over way I had been treated and they almost certainly will not take you serious, and stick up for Gp or Practice, and leave you wondering what the point was in that process? I hope they bring in a more concerned Manager, who will sort that place out?. Not a Patient there anymore as my health had been suffering so much, and they done nothing except delay treatments with cover up pills, rather than getting to bottom of the problems?
