"Amazing care at Tameside Ward 31"

I am currently a patient at Ward 31 at the Tameside general hospital. My admission from the medical assessment unit was first class. On arrival, the evening nurses who were on night shift and was caring for me sat down and introduced herself to me. she chatted to me for about 5minutes and this was very comforting. Her name was Minnie.

The next day was equally good, from the cleaners, student nurses, receptionists to the consultancy, All I can say is Thank you. Everyone was extremely welcoming, assuring and polite. They all kept me informed about what was wrong and the treatments I was going to receive. Also about what tests I was having done and roughly the set time and date. The ward is immaculately clean and well presented. I have seen the nursing stuff treat many patients with dignity and total respect. They always find time to have a chat and re-assure patients and also look very happy and smile whilst they are working

All the staff on Ward 31 have made my stay very comfortable and less stressful.
