"got me to where I am today"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

My wife called  and gave you my feedback. However I wanted to add further comments as Nas has played a huge part in my recovery.. I came to wishaw for rehabilitation and Nas was the only one to work with me daily throughout my stay. It took two weeks before occupational health and speech therapy came to see me.

Nas has been working with me every day, pushing me and helping me with my mobility. I look forward to his visits every day. He has never let me down and his professional and firm approach is what has got me to where I am today.

He is an excellent physiotherapist and I will miss him when I am discharged.

Thank you Nas from the bottom of my heart.

Dear RoMJ

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comments. I am very pleased to hear that you had a good experience with physiotherapy and in particular Nas. I will ensure that your comments are passed on to Nas himself. He will be delighted that he has had such a positive impact in your journey. I wish you well in the rest of your recovery..............keep up the hard work!

Thanks again

Claire

Dear RoMJ,

I am pleased that Nas has made such a positive impact on your recovery, but I am concerned that you experienced a delay in receiving occupational therapy intervention whilst on the ward.

If you would like to discuss your experience with me, please contact me on 01698 366435.

Kindest regards

Janice
