"Ok and generally fine"

About: Southgate Road Medical Centre

Generally satisfied with the care and support offered here. However, one of the drs is cold, dismissive , rude and what can only be best summed up as 'snappy'. Never met a Dr. Like this . Other Drs at the surgery appear , warm , caring and and appear to listen - which makes for a much more positive experience. My only other disappointing experience of late has been that I visited the surgery x3 times over a month complaining of the same symptoms - each time I was told / advised nothing was wrong . In the end I took myself to A and E ( felt guilty doing so as it was not an accident or an emergency ) and the Dr there prescribed antibiotics for an infection and I soon thereafter started to recover . I should not have had to wait this long to receive some treatment . Please please provide Drs with some up to date training on speaking to patients . It is currently unacceptable .
