"Emergency GP facilities at Badger Centre on Sunday"

About: Solihull Hospital / Clinical haematology

I called 111 on a Sunday at 7am.

I was referred to the Badger Centre, at Solihull Hospital to see a doctor.

I was informed I would be called with an appointment that day.

I was called within 15 minutes and told it was not appointments but just turn up.

I arrived at 815am.

Was greeted politely, and saw a very nice doctor within 5 minutes.

The doctor was very thorough, carried out some basic tests, and prescribed me some medication.

I collected the medication at Grove Road surgery pharmacy, just over the road from the hospital, which also took 5 minutes.

All round I was home again with medication within the hour.

I was very surprised at such excellent service, gold star I would say.

Completely happy with my experience, and would recommend to others.
