About: Darent Valley Hospital / General medicine

Bit of background on why . Had to call NHS 111 and was very impressed with the service from them said a doctor would call a few hrs as it was very busy on Saturday pm . Doctor rang and said that I should go to darent hospital to see out of hrs doctor and that would call me to make appointment which they did straight away for 7:15 pm got seen at 7;10 by very nice doctor who said I had a bad chest infection and made out a prescription all this on a Saturday night massive thank you 😊🙏 darent valley. Thank you for this very encouraging feedback. We have been actively asking people to use the NHS 111 service rather than coming to A&E when they are not suffering from a serious / life threatening accident or emergency. It was great to read what a positive experience you had and we would like to thank you for assisting with allowing our staff to care for those who really needed them.
