"William Day Unit - chemotherapy"

I have been a patient of the William Day unit receiving chemotherapy for about 2 years. While the NHS is under extreme pressure financially and because of winter flu the nurses and staff at William DU continue to offer a superb service. I have nothing but praise for how they are always cheerful, they always keep me up to date, they always answer my questions honestly and they pretend to laugh at my cheesy jokes.

As part of the treatment I've had biopsies and surgery too.

I am an NHS professional too based in London and I get to see it from the other side. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Princess Alexandra and William Day unit to anyone about to undergo chemo or blood services.
