What I liked

I went into Chase Farm Pain Management for facet joint injections and trigger point injections.

From the moment I arrived I was treated really well. The staff were attentive and friendly and made me feel at ease on the ward and when I was in the operating theatre.

After my procedure, I received excellent care to ensure all was well before I was discharged.
