"Having an Angiogram at East Sussex Hospital..."

About: East Surrey Hospital / Cardiology

Despite early morning overcrowding brought about in the Suite owing to lack of beds the Managing Sister coped in a quiet, caring and tolerant way and organised us as best she could. Procedures were delayed the Staff however didn't panic and made us all feel respected and cared for.. treated all the same and definitely get a 10/10 for their efforts. As an individual I was treated very well indeed and reassured about the treatment by the Nurses and the Doctor before beginning. I was sedated and the Doctor and staff did everything possible to make me feel comfortable 10/10 . I cannot fault the team and once again 10/10 for the whole experience.

Pleased however to be back at home but really well reassured should I have to return for further treatments. Well done the team.. (without exception)

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am so sorry that your experience was affected by our extremely full hospital that day and I am grateful to you for your understanding.

I will pass on your kind words to the team and I know that Dr Gandhi and the angiography staff did everything in their power to ensure that everyone was treated.

I hope that all is well and thank you again for getting in touch.

Ben
