Admitted with suspected heart attack, I received very attentive, courteous and compassionate care. Despite staff being constantly busy I witnessed so many acts of kindness to myself and other patients. Keeping my wife and I informed of progress, returning a smile, an interest in my book, tones of genuine kindness. You were inspiring!
