A few years ago I was operated on by Mr Chopra at Llandough hospital. For really severe pain in my middle back. Which was very successful. But after few years started playing up for long time I shrugged it off thinking it may go away. By medication. Even thought it was sciatica. but got got more and more painful. To killing me honestly. So went back with Mr Chopra. After scan was told I had snapped a rod or rods. With that I thought Christ its gonna stab me from the inside out. But it was done, and I thought that was it but still had horrific pain in lower back, so back again I go Mr Chopra scanned me. and that was a adventure all on its own as I could not lie on my back from pain with great help from the staff in MRI.
I managed to keep still in torturous pain and a lot of bad language, (sorry to all the staff) for max of 2 mins and the lady called to me could I do another min. in words I said no, that's not really the words I used. So Mr Chopra removed my rods and half a disc. At time was tidy. But as I write this it's back with a vengeance an mess not helping. So need for him to chop me up once more. . First time ever being done I was quite concerned as to what we'd be done. No! Damn scared right words. but after that first opp. I was and still full of praise for Mr Chopra an all the hospital staff.
I hope soon 1 more op I shall be sorted if Mr Chopra says I need more I think it a good idea not to sew me up. Put Velcro on. Don't let way I have wrote this that I sound a bundle off laughs coz as I message writing this. The damn pain is shooting through my lower half like lightning. I have been polite in my words but I can assure you my wife is hearing other words for this pain . I am not going to say I'm looking forword to coming down as the car ride is a nightmare. And my wife keeps having it for not missing pot holes. But 1 thing I know I'm in the right hospital.
