Went here this afternoon for pulmonary therapy my appointment was 2pm after 2 busses an 1 hour and 20 mins travelling I arrived 10 mins early and informed receptionist I was here I was told to take a seat 40 mins later still sat there so asked receptionist if I was still waiting to which she replied therapy started 30 mins ago in gymnasium has nobody been for you to which I replied no so she pointed me towards gym when I got to gym told therapist I had been waiting 30 mins he told me to take a seat he would be with me in 1 min to have a chat 10 mins later still sat there at which point I was fed up and decided to leave at which point the therapist told me he had lost my paperwork told him I was leaving had waited long enough also while i was in the waiting room for 40 mins they were conducting oxygen assessments in the waiting room very unprofessional i thought.
