"impossible to order repeat prescriptions"

i have been trying to get to the appropriate sector to request a repeat prescription for my child who has asthma. prescriptions can only be reordered by email, telephone requests will not be taken. having searched through the various websites connected to/established by this centre, there is nowhere on any of them to send an email to request the needed prescription, so ive tried ringing, and ringing, and ringing, to enquire exactly how i order a repeat prescription if im not allowed to do it via the phone and there is/are no facilities on any of the sites to place my request. the only facility i am offered is to join the online gp consultancy, ergo forgoing my rights to see a gp in person (unless essential), this service i do not want. so i will continue to search the websites, probably to no avail again, and i shall continue to try and get someone at the surgery to answer my call, and i shall try to resolve the situation, hopefully with assistance from someone there, if i ever get through!!!!!
