Attended for a blood test. Happy with the service received from the gentleman who took my blood.

What could be improved

I have two concerns. The first is trying to find opening times for the hospital. These are not evident on the web site. The phone number given directs you to an individual at Whipps X. After listening to her talk I was put through to another operator who put the phone down on me when I asked about Wanstead Hospital. This happened twice. I now know that there is a different number for Wanstead Hospital. Can you please add this number to the web site and perhaps also provide the opening times. My second concern is that if it is your first visit to the hospital to give blood it is not apparent what procedure to follow. A large sign as you enter to tell you to take a ticket would be helpful. Don't ask the receptionist as she ONLY deals with the physio department.
