"Ward 20B"

About: Solihull Hospital / Older people's healthcare

My mother was recently admitted to Ward 20B at Solihull Hospital where she received exceptional care.

She will normally pick up on anything to complain about but alas there was nothing she could fault.

She even eat 2 three course meals a day.

The doctor visited every day and kept mother and myself up to date.

The nurses were professional at all times and cheerful. They were available at all times to answer any queries and were quick to attend their patients needs.

Two other elderly ladies I know were admitted to Ward 20B and 20A and both gave me similar feedback. I would like to say thank you on behalf of myself and my mother for getting it right and exceeding our expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your mother’s care and treatment on W20B at Solihull Hospital.

I am pleased that your mother had such a positive in patient stay on the ward.

It is lovely to read that the staff were cheerful and that the medical staff kept your mother update every-day.

I shall forward your posting to the medical and nursing senior management team and ask that it is shared with the staff, whom I am sure will be delighted to read your comments.

I do hope your mother is feeling much better following her stay on the ward.
