I would just like to thank Heartlands Hospital Resuscitation dept., Ward 20 and Ward 2 for the excellent treatment my wife received after being admitted with Sepsis. In all three departments she was treated with dignity and respect. My wife has asked me to thank all the doctors and nurses and other staff. Although my wife remembers little of Resus. and Ward 20, I can vouch for the kind and caring treatment she received in those departments. From my wife and me: Thank You!

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your wife’s care treatment at Heartlands Hospital.

It is lovely to read such positive comments and I am very pleased that you and your wife had such a good experience, especially as she had been admitted with Sepsis.

I do hope she has fully recovered and feeling better following her admission.

I will forward your posting to the senior nursing and medical teams for A&E, Ward 20 and Ward 2 and ask that your posting is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.
