"Contact and Appointments"

About: De Parys Medical Centre

Having waited on the phone for over an hour trying both lines I called back and again waited for over 45 minutes then gave in.

I was trying to inform that an appointment could not made and release it.

So I expect to see the missed appointment roll bar including my appointment!!

You are the cause of your own issues.

The surgery is less than satisfactory you sent a letter to have X test then when this was queried was told wrong letter sent no apology and never mind the worry you caused.

Thank you for trying to cancel your appointment.

This is always appreciated.

I am sorry you were unable to get through on the phone.

We have been monitoring the situation and have now ordered additional phone lines.

Unfortunately this is a recent problem due in part to high levels of demand for appointments due to various winter infections, and also the recent rise in our list size. which is putting unprecedented demand on our clinical and administrative staff. I am unclear what the issue was regarding your test, but I am concerned to hear that you were caused anxiety.

I would like to investigate, if you could please contact me.
