Cannot get an appointment within a reasonable time at this surgery, obviously they have far more patients than they can cope with. This used to be a very good practice, unfortunately not any more.

Increasing demand for appointments has put pressure on our doctors, staff and telephones, but we are responding to this. We have already increased the number of nurses, staff and telephone lines.

We try to ensure that all urgent requests are dealt with same day/next day, and we have a range of services including daily minor illness clinics, duty doctor appointments and telephone consultations.

We do indeed have staff in training, and I hope you will understand this.
