"No appointments"

Rang today after discussing some options with a lovely nurse to be told i cannot get an appointment at all for what is required! they can see appointments for 22/5/17 yet cannot book me one as they cannot book that far in advance! was told due to 4 surgeries closing they have increase in demand, which i fully appreciate. however when you never book an appointment but then need one you cannot get one at all! have been told to ring back after the bank holiday to see if there is a cancellation. this practice used to be great and had appointments available with a lead time of a week which was great but now not been able to get an appointment for something you need is not very ideal and quite frankly shocking!
