I have been with the surgery for 25 years. During my time I have always been very happy with the Doctors, Nurses and all staff I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

However having recently been there I was amazed at that short time I had to wait to see the Doctor...... It was my first experience meeting the Doctor, very charming, understanding and I didn't feel rushed at all. The Doctor was most helpful. Staff on the desk seemed less stressed and as always happy to help me arrange my next visit. I hope that the new faces of the surgery continue with their truly hard work and remain at the surgery.

Dear Patient

Thank you for your kind words and positive feedback.

We have made a lot of effort in the past 12 months to try and improve the services, we have focused on waiting times (on arrival) and stability in the core clinical team, a reduced reliance on locum doctors and improving the front of house reception services.

We still have some improvements to make with telephone access and we like most practices in the country struggle with appointments.

But please rest assured we are trying very hard to continuously improve the services for you and all of our patients.
