I wasn't originally going to leave a review because whilst the care following lung surgery was absolutely amazing - the food and room were like a 5 star hotel and the consultant / surgery team amazing - one of the nurses snapped at me the last day I was there and that was my lasting impression of the place. I had been told I would go home on the Thursday and I waited and I waited and when I went to the desk to enquire about it as I thought they had forgotten me this nurse bit my head off and snapped that somebody was coming, which completely deflated me. That is the last thing I remember about my stay there.

Although it is reassuring to hear your overall experience of our treatment and care was of a high standard, we are of course disappointed to hear that you were upset by your exchange with one of our nurses. We have contacted the ward matron to pass on your feedback.
