"Long wait and no engagement"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Waited 4 hours to see the psychiatric nurse.

No apology for long wait, no offer of water.

Was very uncaring and didn't want to engage in any detail of how unwell my son was.

Put in a ward where the staff found it difficult to get put the chairs where they were sitting.

Painfully poor care.

Hopefully we won't end up there again.

I'm very sorry to hear of your experience and hope that your son is OK.

I am sorry that you felt the service you were provided with was poor; without knowing the particulars of your case I am not able to comment on your experience. I apologise that there was no acknowledgement of the wait and that you were not offered any refreshments this falls below expectations.
