I had to check your Site Map to find out where Wards A and B were located in order to visit a relative.

I do not know when the site map was last checked for accuracy, but I could not find Wards A and B.

In addition, there are errors such as John Charley Research and John Charley Wing.

From a visual perspective, the text is too small and not bright enough or easy to see against the different coloured backgrounds.

You may wish to revisit this, bring it up to date, add the postcode and main hospital number, car parking charges, make the text a little bigger etc.

As it happened, I did not need to visit the Hospital as my relative is leaving today.

I am giving this constructive feedback purely in order to help the Trust.
