Thank you so much for taking the time to give us some feedback. I am very pleased to see that you are happy with the staff and the environment - that's great to hear, and I'll feed that back to the team. Good, positive feedback like this really helps morale and keeps us all focussed.

I see that you are less impressed by the lack of activities and things to do on the ward, and this is something that we've been hearing quite a bit of for the past few months. We are determined to try and get this right, and have a plan in place for creating a more sociable area on the ward, with a good sized table and some new additions to our activities box. We know you can get fed up being in hospital and we're going to be doing more to keep minds active - yours and ours!

In terms of food - I know that sometimes there's just nothing on the menu that takes your fancy. We will continue to work hard to find out what our patients' likes and dislikes are through early conversations and our 'getting to know me' document. There's very little more important than keeping everyone fed and hydrated!

Thanks again for your feedback
