Recently I attended at the Medical day centre, ERI for an Angioplasty.I was well impressed by the efficiency of the n/shift staff who had booked me in for the main event b4 0750 hrs.
On arrival intro the Medical day unit the 3 staff nurses, Abbey , Viv and Sam immediately made me feel totally at ease . The entire procedure was explained in such great detail that I actually believed that all three had had the opp themselves!!!
The ward was clean and tidy , The porter, Ian happily conveyed me through to the operating theatre where I met twae Joans and Doctor Neary.
I have not cashed in any NHS vouchers for 30years, (lucky man some would say), I almost immediately noticed an improvement, confirmed today when I 're entered my local gym and found an exercise programme almost 10% easier,
"ANGIOPLASTY or Stent operation ( in layman's terms)"
