About: Crosshouse Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Rae, The Surgical Team and the Day Surgery Team for the excellent care and compassion I received following my surgery yesterday.   Excellent healthcare services provided at University Hospital Crosshouse.   In otherwise stressful circumstances I was made to feel comfortable, safe and protected.   Thank you so much.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
