Absolutely exceptional care by the Haematology Department. From reception to Registrar, to the Nurse and Secretary who made this first critical appointment happen.
We arrived early, where helped with the parking arrangement by reception. The receptionist at outpatient 12 could not have been more helpful in explaining the process. Blood testing was as planned and on time. The appointment with the consultat registrar was exceptional in reviewing my wife's case, explaining her diagnosis, the medications required and the appropriate monitoring. ( honestly better than in the USA) This was the best explanation we have ever received. The Registrar was outstandingly professional and knowledgeable of my wife's condition. The follow up with the Nurse and Registrar was stella and we left elated with the whole process and feeling absolutely confident that we were in the best hands. Well done haematology - thank you so much.
