Erith and district hos: blood test appointment phone line.

I called this phone line 5 times today(2/7/18} and was put on hold each time for around 15 mins then got a ring tone for around 5 mins then I was cut off. Wasted over an hour of my time and the cost of the calls,Is this the way to run an appointment service.

The blood test service at Erith and District Hospital is run by Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.

This service is provided using an appointments system. You can make an appointment by calling Erith Hospital direct on 01322 356167. We are unsure of which number you have been calling. If you experience problems please contact the Trust directly.
