I saw a surgeon at Ashtead Hospital (under the NHS) a few weeks ago.
He was extremely professional and took time to explain everything.
He very gently and painlessly put a tube in my nose to examine my throat, and explained exactly what he was doing and why.
He was able to provide reassurance, and I had probably 25 minutes with him, without any sense of rushing.
I was extremely impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this surgeon.
