"I don't like complaining and wouldn't dream of behaving the way particular staff do here... they talk to patients terrible.
Apart from that the surgery clinicians are brilliant.
The staff come across as un trained in customer service and how to deal with the general public and patients. They are there to help us at the end of the day not make things difficult. I do think it needs looking into".
