"Amazing staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Blood vessel problems ( Vascular Ward 11a &11d) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Critical Care

(as a relative),

Just want to thank all the amazing staff for their lifesaving care during my brothers recent stay in queen Elizabeth university hospital, the quick thinking actions if junior doctor Craig and all others on ward 11a probably saved his life or or prevented him having a life changing condition after he had a massive seizure following surgery to unblock a major artery in his neck, himself,

so on behalf of his wife, family and all his friends we are forever grateful. The high dependency, critical care, ward 11a and the surgery team could not have done enough to keep us all informed and make his stay as comfortable as possible, he is a massive character in all of our life's as you would have gathered during his stay, you are all amazing, thanks so much

Dear Sister of patient

Thank you for your post on Care Opinion.

I am sorry to hear that your brother had to be admitted to hospital and I understand that this would have been a frightening time for all of you. I am sure that the staff in HDU, the Critical Care Team and Ward 11A will appreciate your kind words and thanks.

Please pass on my best wishes to your brother.

Kind Regards

Nicole
