"Ward 20 old folks general care"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

My dad, 86, was admitted recently, 17th July to 27th. I visited several times, and also rang hospital / ward several times.

Communication was excellent, prompt, courteous, and well informed.

Dad was well cared for, and staff discussed his health with him and me.

His discharge was discussed with both of us too..

I can identify no faults, only praise from my lips.

This is not the first time my parents have been very well treated by HRI.

Long live our NHS.
