I went to the Sheffield Walk-in Centre for a suspected chest infection and was seen by Lee Wadsworth, a Nurse Prescriber. He was excellent.
It is unusual to be issued with a prescription from someone in uniform, so I am curious as to why all clinicians bar GPs wear uniforms in GP practices. A white top is more reassuring than a checkered shit. Are GPs better at keeping their clothes clean?
