"Car Park ticket machines"

I have raised this twice before, and had a response that action had been taken. I think not.

Once again, yesterday one ticket machine was out of order, and another was rejecting coins. I and other people were trying to attend appointments on time. I and others also had disabilities of some sort that made walking uncomfortable.

Eventually an attendant wrote a slip of paper for my car so I wood not get fined or clamped.

When will the hospital get these machines sorted out? If it has a contract with a company perhaps it should stop paying them.

It is an incredibly bad start to patient experience to have trouble in the car park.

And please do not reply that action has been taken until it has been.
