I dialled 111 one evening in May 2018. Feeling very ill and only passing minute amounts of urine and a pain in my back. Spoke to three medical staff and eventually it was deemed necessary to get ‘Go-to-Doc’ who came well within the time promised. They worked efficiently and with excellent interpersonal skills. After thorough medical assessment it was decided that admission to hospital was the answer. My daughter and I opted to go by car although transport by ambulance was offered.

Thank you Go-to-Doc. I would never call this service unless necessary but would feel confident in their care at any time.
